Have you ever been into a restaurant with a nice place and an affordable foods? If you already had, Did you already visited Chef Manuel's Hoogpaan? Well then if you haven't let me convince you to try this restaurant on Bagasbas!
Actually Hoogpaan is a new opened restaurant here in town
and I'm so glad that our town finally have this kind of restaurant! It totally made our tummy crave for it every morning. So they have two kinds of menu they have the Breakfast Menu and the Resto Bar Menu. Their breakfast menu last until 10:00 AM and when it's 10:00 AM they open their resto bar which last before they close. All foods are so affordable! you can now treat your family for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Let's talk about the foods! The plating of the foods are so nice, really a nice way to promote a Bicolano foods. All in all we tried four foods and two drinks (we tried the Beef Tenderloin Tapa, Homemade Longganisa, Bacon & Eggs, Classic Corned Beef, Hot Choco Batirol and the Sagada Brewed Coffee). We shared each others orders and all agreed that all foods were delicious! My personal favorite is the Bacon & Eggs and the Sagada Brewed Coffee that I ordered. The brewed coffee is from Benguet while the hot choco was fresh from Baguio! I really like their Sagada Coffee which convinced me to go visit Sagada asap.
Foods! I'm literally craving right now :( I think all of the breakfast foods comes with an egg but don't be disappointed especially to those people who doesn't like eggs. I'm totally persuading that this egg is totally different it really fits everything! I think it was the perfect egg that I ever tasted. (no joke) The Beef Tenderloin Tapa is their best seller and I can tell it really tastes like their best seller but the Bacon & Eggs is my favorite sorry. You may say that it looks like an ordinary bacon but it's different, I must say the taste is unusual.
